Deposit-first booking
No-shows die when the booking itself costs something. Your public booking page walks a client through service, artist, and an open slot — then takes the deposit through secure hosted checkout before anything is confirmed.
The appointment is created only once the deposit payment succeeds. There are no unpaid holds to chase, and the confirmation text goes out automatically with the thread landing in your inbox.
The deposit applies in full to the appointment total, and no-show fees are only ever charged once per appointment.

Built for minors done right
Tattooing or piercing a minor is a paperwork problem before it is anything else. Digital consent forms carry dedicated fields for the guardian’s name, their relationship to the client, and the minor’s date of birth — not a scribble in a margin.
Every signed form stores the exact waiver text as it was signed, so a later policy edit never rewrites history. Client records carry the minor flag and date of birth alongside the guardian details.

Front desk
POS, card readers, and artist payouts
Charge at the counter with paired card readers — tap or chip — and every sale is recorded against the client, so history and reports stay complete. A sale that finished on the reader settles even if the app was closed mid-charge.
Your studio connects its own Stripe account, and every payment — deposits and in-person sales — settles directly into it. You are the merchant of record: payouts, disputes, and tax reporting live in your own dashboard.

One inbox, with an AI front desk on call
Your studio gets its own texting number. Client replies land in a shared inbox any staff member can pick up. STOP opt-outs are honored automatically, and quiet hours hold outbound messages until an acceptable local time.
Add the AI front desk and it answers client texts: it looks up availability, sends your booking link, and answers questions from your studio knowledge. Your staff approve or take over any thread — every conversation has a mode, and the assistant never talks over you.
Texting goes live once carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) clears — receiving works right away, and registration starts during setup.
